NESTAC/NESS Online Event 2021 – Prize Winning Opportunities
The North East Surgical Training Academy (NESTAC), in association with the North East Surgical Society (NESS), are now receiving applications for the award of three prizes at their joint virtual meeting on 7th May, 2-5pm.
We welcome abstract submission by the 2nd April deadline for the opportunity to win one of three £250 prizes.
- NESTAC medal for medical students
- NESS prize for junior trainees (below ST3)
- Feggetter medal for senior trainees (ST3+)
Regardless of abstract acceptance we encourage your attendance for the annual Pybus lecture which promises to be an excellent talk by Prof Dave Deehan to give the 2021 Pybus Lecture – “The Past, Present and Future of Robotics in Surgery”.
Your abstract should be no more than 250 words and follow the structure:
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion/take-home message
